Product Update Patches
- Click here to download patches to G-TraX products. You may not need any of these, depending when you purchased the product. If you made your purchase through the RailWorks Steam Shop, and you are ordinarily connected to Steam, chances are you have been automatically updated and won't need any of the patches.

PayPal
- If you placed an order using PayPal and you don't hear from G-TraX within 24 hours, first check your e-mail's spam or junk folder. Some e-mail filters will automatically block e-mail from new or unknown senders, including G-TraX. Otherwise, send an email to support@gtraxsims.com. Be sure to include an alternate e-mail address, as it may not be possible to contact you using the e-mail address you linked to PayPal.
9-1-1
- Scenario Failed to Load: It you get an error message with words similar to: "Scenario Failed to Load: Consist Builder – Can’t load rail vehicle – <name of rail vehicle>," try pressing the Clear Cache button on the Tools & Docs page of the RailWorks launcher. This will force an automatic rebuild of all the Blueprints.pak files. These files tell RailWorks what assets are available.
- Other Information Sources: There's a lot of good information in the RailWorks Wiki. There are also some good user forums where you can Search for information, especially UKTrainSim.com.
Posting on Forums: This is probably the least effective way to get my attention. For one thing, I won't necessarily even see your post. Issues are always solved more efficiently and quickly by communicating on a one-on-one basis. Send an e-mail direct to G-TraX if you're faced with an issue you can't work your own way through.
